She's gone through several different stages. First it was staying out ,way too late and partying in clubs, then the drug rumors started, then she started having problems doing her job, ie; being an actress, then there were more drug rumors, including the big heroin one, then she was seen with another chick, holding hands and making out and she announced the two of them were in love, and planned to get married. They have since broken up.
