Years ago over the course of a trip with few colleagues on business to NAF Atsugi and NAVSTA Yokosuka. We met up with a few others (service members and civis) and took a trip to Tokyo Port...later that night we went out into Tokyo to have a few drinks before we left the next morning.

Of course there are many places that say 'Japanese Only' or "No Americans". One guy was a little miffed about it because quite a few of them looked like they'd be pretty nice....

We're walking past one such place and this guy says, "after a drink or two I might say something to them about it.." and laughs...

One colleague known for his short but funny quips says, "Calm down Tarzan, I know they attacked us and it was war but some of them still take it personal that we incinerated 2 of their cities..."

Well, how did the black voters vote in the American presidential election, and in the primaries? Had the White voters done the same Obama would not even have been nominated, let alone elected.

Oh please, not that argument again. Where have you been for the last 40 years? Black voters have always voted overwhelmingly Democrat going back to Johnson. Bill Clinton got 95% of the black vote and Al Gore got around 90% of it. I know some black people only voted for him because he was black, but one shouldn't have been so surprised by the outcome if you look at history. Republicans could have put a black guy on the ballot and I am pretty sure the results would have been similar:I think the only way Republicans could have gotten a large chunk of the black vote is if they had put Lincoln on the ballot.:1orglaugh

For me race doesn't really matter. It depends on the connection I have between the women. Having said that, I have dated very few girls from other race. I dated an asian girl back in college. So I would prefer to marry a caucasian girl.

There are some definitely some beautiful "foreign" girls out there, but I would never have a child that wasn't White. That is non-negotiable. White man + White woman = White baby. That is a traditional family for me and I would never stray from that. I would hope Asians and Blacks or whoever felt the same way about their own people as well, but often they would rather mix with Whites. Mixed race families just don't seem natural to me, but I won't shit on other people who choose to go that route. No skin ff my back....just not for me.

I'm not even sure what that means anymore... it used to mean someone who hates people because they are a different color/ethnicity. Modern PC version seems to be anyone who doesn't love a certain color/ethnicity. Tolerance does not mean love, acceptance does not have to mean personal endorsement. :2 cents:

There is a difference between 'racist' and 'racist bigotry'. Racist can be a simple, benign preference along racial lines. In the past it was commonly conflated or simplified to mean racist bigot as that was the common application of the circumstances.:2 cents:

Yes, I know that. But I was talking about the Democratic primaries. There was, as far as I can recollect from my European vantage point, no Republicans running in them.

FreeOnes provides ample proof that there are beautiful, desirable women of all nationalities and skin color.

When/if I find a woman interested in me and interesting to me, it won't matter where she's from or who her parents are. Saying otherwise limits your chances of finding happiness, but then again, feeling like other races/ creeds/ religions/ etc are inferior to your own would suggest at the core there is real unhappiness.

as to kiddos? Done that already, & fatherhood can be great, but i am not specifically interested in repeating the process... Then again, the PRACTICE is great!

It also matters quite a bit. How do you define white exactly? You have people who consider a young actress like Amber Stevens black, even though her dad is White and her mom is mixed. I'm sure she doesn't want her picture on a thread about racism in a porn forum, so you can google yourselves if interested.

Compare that with a woman like Gabrielle Union. Both of them are very attractive. But if you were to ask me this question, I'd say yes for Amber and no for Gabrielle.

White, White Hispanic, Mestiza, Persian, Indian etc. probably wouldn't give it a second thought. Full east Asian or Bantu African, no.

Yeah, and by all means, have at it. Don't think that's the real question, at least not for me. Like I said in a previous post (after one I made about my first girl in HS being half Latina), is that I just don't want the fucking bagage of having to go to a family gathering on the side of my other's just to be the only cracker in the whole joint. That shit is very difficult, so if you can, and/or want to deal with that sort of situation, more power to ya. My area is very diverse and liberal, so it's not a very big deal, but there are tons of areas where that's not the case. :2 cents:

Nothing that they haven't done to whites when given the opportunity. My parents came here in the 1970s, we owe black people NOTHING and as for racism, I've seen far more of the violent form directed at non-black people by black people.

Later on we moved to an almost all white and white Hispanic town. The few black people there were treated much, much better than Asian and white kids. Looking at other cases around the country, I'd much rather be a black kid in an almost all Asian or white area than the reverse. It's not that black people are inherently more racist than non-black people, but unlike other groups, their racist behavior has gone on unchallenged until fairly recently.

You see the knives come out for black people when they "violate" the interests of a more protected class. As in straight (or DL lol) black men saying or doing something to anger gays of any race, getting into cat fights with non-conservative White women, bashing Muslims etc.
