This is a guide for the screenshot itself. Using the Print Screen (Prt Sc) + MS Paint or snipping tool strategy or both simple and effective.
It would be best if you just took a cropped capture of the girl, not the whole screen where the banned site name may show up.
For posting, you can use an image hosting site like imagebam or imagevenue (these are the best for this board) and post the link in your existing thread.
