Where did you get the pic?

I ran the pic through TinEye and got one result which showed your pic, another pic of the woman beside it, and some written info below. It seems your pic was cropped and the other pic I found was so small, I couldn't read anything. I tried enlarging that pic, but it didn't help. It was illegible.

This may help - When I ran the first image through TinEye, the other pic I found was on a Russian site.

Also, I ran the second image you left through TinEye and got nothing.
