The links seem to imply that its a gag factor movie, but I'm fairly certain that's wrong.

A commenter on a video site seemed to identify it as Rocco Ravishes Prague, but I still haven't been able to ascertain this girls identity.

Any assistance will be gratefully accepted obviously.
