To me this picture is totally unfair. The blonde has this sexy expression, showing her nice cleavage. Meanwhile the burnette looks like a grown up version of one of the special kids that rode the short bus.

Ignoring that picture and focusing on pure hair color, blondes have it all in my opinion, although there are a few exceptions, like Audrey Bitoni or Amber Rayne
