Who's pickier, men or women?

Which sex is more selective when picking romantic partners? I'd say men are more pickier just because I think most men are a bit shallow and tend to go for looks before anything else whereas women tend to look at the whole package.

As I see it, the degree of one's selectivity depends on the quality of previous relationships . . . everybody's been in one, two, three or four of those, right?... Anyhow, as an example, let's say your first real meaningful relationship was with centerfold quality woman ..(I'm speaking to the guys now).. with an awesome easy going way about her . . and then all of the sudden there's a painful breakup, well, you're just fucked, right? That said, other factors are at play: women, when get older, get more desperate, because they age quicker. Men, with enough $$$ can pretty much buy any piece of ass they want and/or need.
