TinEye came up with one link & one name, Jasmine V. There is a 17 year old singer who goes by that name, her full name is Jasmine Villegas, but I'm not positive that it's the same girl.

Thanks, John_8581. Seems others agree w/ you too, incl. another "find her" type site. I'm still not totally convinced but I'm leaning your way. Unfortunately Jasmine doesn't look nearly as hot in any of the other zillions of pics of her out there. I guess it's the old story of some photographer catching magic and then, inexplicably, that special shot all but disappearing later on.
