I checked the other thread. Shakesbeer wrote that she is a Computer Graphics model.
I am not sure of that. There has been computer works done but I am pretty sure the 'original' is a real girl.
I found on the Ruero site what I think is an other picture of the girl.

Her mouth, lips, nose, overall body, even the shoulders seem to match. On the pic on top of the thread we can see that she has a navel piercing. That girl seems to have the same but it is too dark to be sure. I imported it in my picture editor to enlarge and make it clearer but there is not enough details to be sure.
Also the whole site is in cyrillic alphabet. A Babelfish translation (never really trustworthy) of what is written on top on the pic is LIGHT OF ASIA. That may be possible. This girl looks Asian.
So I think it is the same girl you posted. If it is so, it is a real girl not a CG model.
