The link is working. However, what its leading too isn't. We're not going to go through a Facebook or to a Google Plus account and login to view a "not for work" simple picture in"safe mode". It's too much trouble. Rather, use an image hosting site, like imagebam or pimpandhost, and show the picture that way.

If not, then attach the picture using the "Go Advanced" button.
