Why The Error Message When I Post To Someone's Profile Page?

It does that with me sometimes too....just re-fresh the page on your IE after youve posted & its come up with the error message. Your post should appear on their page then...thats what ive found

It happens to me a lot. I go to post, get a submission error, I go back and click on their profile again and it is posted. Just a glitch. It still posts.
