The golden arches is not the only place to use unhealthy food for sure. If you eat it they will make it.

You don't tip at fast food places. You do tip at restaurants and bars. I also tip at coffee houses.

Well, then it is no wonder that you do not leave tip money on the fast food place table.

Someone might think that hardly any fishing man even expect a tip. (wtf)

Most of the major chains don't allow tipping. I will tip at the pick up window when I go to Quaker Steak & Lube...but that's actually real food compared to McDicks or BK.

A buck at Starbucks, and 2 or 3 for the delivery guy. Any bar or sit down establishment I tip a minimum of 20% rounded up, and as much as 33% rounded up for really good service.

When it comes to the majority of what commetcomma posts, "I didn't watch it.", or read it, or open it, whatever.

Since Sonic put card readers on their ordering stations I'm sure the car hops tips have fallen through the basement.
