My regime...
1. Get a deck of cards
2. Shuffle them
3. Designate 1 symbol for Pushups, Situps, Pullups, and Something else
4. Pick top card and go through the deck.
I defiantly should start exercising but i just don't have the time or the money
Are you skinny though? If you're skinny, it doesn't really take much time or money.
