I prefer women blemish and ink free but I don't mind small, obscure tattoos. However, one thing that turns me off faster than anything is a chick with a tattoo that comes down on her chest or tats on her tits.

I'm mostly like that, but I think upper/lower arms and lower legs (the gastrocnemius/calf muscle areas) are alright places too.

Of your choices, breast tats are the worst looking, but obviously the face/neck is by far the worst area possible.
