This image appears to have been present in yoga sites such as Spotgymyoga.org (with the head cropped off). Whether it originated in sites such as these, I'm imaginng the porno people have done what they do best, pilfer a photo of a woman from some other source (e.g., social media) and "surgically enhance" the choice anatomical parts through Photoshop.
