This isn't new, she's been like this for years. In some photos the nipples look correctly proportional, but I suspect they've been photoshopped. In her movies, you can see her one nipple is huge.

I can't seem to find it, but she was an active member on here a number of years ago, and as I recall posted that she had some sort of health complication with one of her implants, (some sort of infection if I recall correctly), and that's why her breasts look the way they do. So in her defense, it's not something she wanted.
