You just started a Hardware company,what franchise would U want exclusively forever?

You just started your own hardware company and your first console is gonna launch. Out of these games,what franchise would you ink a lifetime deal with for exclusivity on your console?

For me it would have to be Grand theft or Madden......Madden is football everyone can relate to that game and it appeals to all types of gamers,not everyone likes shooters,adventure or gore. Grand theft would be nice cause its a huge seller,its tried and true and always a AAA title with every installment.Its a nice mix of adventure,driving,shooter and can have an interesting story.....

All the others are system sellers and would be great to have as the face of your company.

Well Mario Bros., God of War, and Halo can be thrown out the window because they are first party titles and a hardware manufacturer is not going to give up it's first party titles. Out of the others I'd choose Madden because they release that game every year with barely any changes but the drones keep buying it.

Wow. No Final Fantasy? Having FF on your side would pretty much secure your Asian market

Probably Madden or Call of Duty I guess then. I actually don't really play either but from a business standpoint they'd be the safest bets right now

Yeah. Final Fantasy would be nice to own. However, out of the list up there, I would go with Grand Theft Auto.

I have a lot of neat ideas for this game with online and interaction both socially and educationally. At least on the business end of things. Not to mention entertainment and possibility of merging different avenues of entertainment industry beyond what it is now.

Come to think of it I really would not touch any of the Asian properties, as much as I would love to have my hand dipped into Final Fantasy for the sake of the game. Thing is, what they do is overall decent, once it becomes American property people will wonder how well it can compare and stack up against what the Japanese did. As I would enjoy Metal Gear Solid, too. Thing is, Hideo Kojima and his company have been working with that for a long time now. I see no reason to tap into the Asian market and properties on that level.

I'd go with Mario. Can't go wrong with Mario. Or Pokemon, for that matter.

I would love to own the Tomb Raider games series but since that not on the list I say Grand Theft Auto games series.

good topic bud, but i have to say if i made a game i would prefer it to come out on all console so that the max people can play it. not a fan of exclusive games. but what the hell i vote for COD !!

Ah. I see. Well I would go behind the scenes and still manage to get it on multi-consoles. You know, kind of like Bioshock
