Younger and then older version: Like in the movies

OK if the title didnt help, heres what the thread is about it is like in a movie when they cast a younger star to act as the teenager and then they grow up to be the main actress. So here is an example: For a "younger" Mikayla i would choose Gabrielle Fox: Pic

and then in a movie she would be replaced by Mikayla

So basically try to get someone that looks younger and then an older pornstar (has to be different)
