Sunny side up for me....real runny yolks that I can sop up with a piece of wheat toast. Nice side order of bacon or ham with some really crispy hash browns soaked in hot sauce. Mmmmmm.....love 'em. Too bad they contain so much cholesterol.

I usually eat them scrambled with cheese and some sort of meat product mixed in,like turkey cold cuts.I used to eat them over easy all the time with cheese,but not so much anymore.

I also tried eggs in a basket after seeing V For Vendetta.I had never seen them cooked that way before and though I'd give it a try,and I like them a lot.

I also go hard boiled quite a bit too.

I love eggs, the ultimate fast food. Fried (done in what american's would call the sunny side up style), poached (on toast with brown sauce), boiled (with soft yolk & soldiers for dipping), scrambled. & off course omelettes, you can add loads too them, peas, ham, cheese, chives. A frittata is nice, basically a kind of italian omelette, lovely!
