Mine (at the age of 16 - no idea how I managed not to be asked my age?) was Mayfair Magazine, Vol 35 #5. With Michelle Thorne on the cover.

I was in the 7th grade and a friend of mine said that he had been rummaging around through the recycling bins behind a local Kroger and found a treasure trove of Playboys and he was looking to sell some of them. I purchased one the following day. It was the December 1996 issue with Jenny McCarthy on the cover and had a pictorial of Victoria Silvstedt. Good memories.
