Anna, a marinebiologist, is brutally attacked and raped while working on an island in the outer-most region of Stockholms' Archipelago. She is left alone in her laboratory with no means of contacting anyone for help. Cold, vulnerable and frightened she is forced to wait out the week until the next ferry arrives. The day after her attack, she meets a lone fisherman from a neighboring island. He offers Anna refuge with him. Finally, she thinks, she has found someone that she can trust. Her security is ripped from her when she finds out his true identity. Her hate takes over and Anna discovers how sweet revenge can be. Shot entirely on location in Sweden.
