Joy is a young girl who experiences a rather strange and unordinary sexual awakening. Upon discovering the joys of sex, she calls out to the world " I want more!" Joy becomes insatiable - seducing man after man in an effort to quench her desires. But, the world is not ready for Joy.
Joy, Where you least expect it is more than just a comic tale of sexual awakening, it is a commentary on the sexual mores and prejudices of society, as relevant today as it was when the movie was made in 1977. Sharon Mitchell's performance of the inquisitive, naive and oversexed Joy is superb.
