Kelly, plain and meek, feels that she is suffering from low self-esteem. She daydreams all day, fantasizing about steamy sexual escapades, but can never find the courage to fulfill them. Finally, Kelly decides to see psychiatrist Dr. Judith Winters. She tells Winters about her delusional sexual accounts with other psychiatrists and her wild therapy trip to a nudist retreat. By the end of their hot and heavy therapy session, Kelly realizes exactly what she needs to do to be cured and gives Dr. Winters a proposition she finds hard to refuse.
