Arriving to school on time is a fundamental necessity for any girl. A good education comes from actually being there, and learning. Samantha (Storm) on the other hand has been arriving to classes late as of recent and it's been getting more frequent as the school year progresses.
Well, on this particular morning, her Step-Daddy became frustrated with her bad behavior and decided to take it upon himself to motivate her behind to arrive to 1st hour on time! He instructs her to turn off the shower and to bend her tardy bottom over right then and there. Step-Daddy then takes off his belt knowing that this punishment is going to hurt worse than some of the others that he has given her,....because her bottom is soaking wet! He lays in lick after lick with the belt, applying a harsh sting over and over again to her tender little bottom. This was a stern belting that she'll remember for a long time, and that hopefully will motivate her to make it to class in a punctual fashion, if not,... she'll have more painful discussions like this with her Step-Daddy to start her day.
