There is nothing wrong with her reading to children and who's to say that she went as "Sasha Grey". There are people out there that are around children all the time and are much worse (I do believe there is a scandal at a certain college at the moment!), but "No!" let's go after the retired porn star who is just reading to them. During Read Across America, average people are/were allowed to read to a class. From what I remember you register with the organization, a background check is made, and what grade and school is chosen. In the article the school district said Sasha Grey wasn't in their school. She might have went as Marina Ann Hantzis, at that point it's a cutie reading to the kids. Even then a seven year old being able to look up Sasha Grey's 'Pornfolio' means Child Services need to consult with the parents on why there was no parental controls on the family PC.

I don't see what the big deal is. Its not like she arrived at the school with someones dick in her mouth....she's dressed conservatively and was simply giving storytime to the kids. Because she's fucked on film, it makes her a bad role model, but to who? The kids shouldn't know who the hell she is - if the childrens parents were any kind of parent, the family computer would be monitored. So as far as the kids know, she's just a pretty lady who's good at reading them stories.

If Michael Vick showed up to read to kids, people would probably applaud him for doing a good job - and he's a CRIMINAL. Just because she happens to have an unconventional job, doesn't mean that she shouldn't be allowed to volunteer and give back to the community. She's still a human being.

Well when my daughter is in first grade and a former porn star comes in to read them stories I would definitly be there to enjoy the story obviously!

I find it wildly inappropriate. Just to check, I set my search rules to strict. After doing this, I did the search for Sasha Grey. The only thing that came up on Bing was this, "Your current Bing SafeSearch setting filters out results that might return adult content. To view those results as well, change your SafeSearch setting." When using google, again with strict settings, the very first headline said, "Pornstar Sasha Grey responds...". I'm sorry but since she is billed as a "celebrity" reader, yet one can't talk to the kids about anything she has done, maybe it's not a good idea.
