rjdogma and dan, etc., the definition of "shemale" is pretty broad, but some of these shemales are real women with penes. You know how women who get a hysterectomy take hormone pills to "stay female" the rest of their lives? Some guys take those pills, and they become women: female hair, female face, female body, female boobs, female ass; the only thing it can't do is take away their dick and make them grow a vagina.
I mean, a lot of shemale porn stars are obviously dudes with fake boobs (you can tell by the facial features, the curves and how their body stores fat). But there are shemales who are very real women, they just have dicks. Dana International is a great example, though she doesn't do porn.
