Unprotected Pornography, Infections & Diseases -

How is it that unprotected pornography is a legal business and even glamorized even given the fact that regardless of the fact that no amount of tests taken can foolproof a person from STD's & STI's?

The reason I ask this is because false negatives are common & even mutated and new forms of diseases are found even in the general public, nevermind people who prostitute themselves by ways of pornography that do not show up as positive for any defined disease, but still carry the same symptoms, require the same medications that remove the STD's, and may even lead to newer incurable diseases in time given the increase in acceptance of unprotected Pornography/Prostitution.

This is just one big science experiment that I believe one day may be destined for a new outbreak related to the HIV/AIDS epidemic.

This type of behavior isn't encouraged to teenagers who are biologically capable of having sex & it isn't acceptable as anything deserving of any merits for helping humanity. It makes zero sense how it is even legal.

This thread is specifically about the unprotected version of Prostitution/Pornography.

Given that it was on the ballot in some places in hopes of forced protection for Pornography/Prostitution, but it didn't do well enough to accomplish trying to minimize the spread of Infections/diseases in this manner.

This is a major health crisis just waiting to happen.

Given the rise of STD's/STI's in the past couple years in California, where a huge part of pornography is produced, this information shouldn't be taken lightly.

Unprotected Pornography/Prostitution is unethical and should be discouraged 100%, not fought for as if it is some kind of consitutional right.

robot 53: America is a free country. Which means - if YOU don't like it, you're not required to purchase it and view it.

If you're worried about diseases: get on a soap box for needle exchange programs, for the hundreds of thousands of opioid addicts out there..

As I've posted on this forum a few times: The "condom only" prop would (if passed) have been invalidated by the courts due to SCOTUS decision on pornography's First Amendment protection. AG Meese went strongly after porn and when he lost, it blew open the doors for almost anything goes.

BTW The Calif prop that failed was written, bankrolled & promoted by a guy who owns a condom company who lied about his "facts". Even Wicked performers who are condom only and have been at least a decade came out against the prop as being wrong. I'm sure you can find several threads on this, in this Forum.

Pornstars Unprotected From Herpes & HPV

Read the article:

"In the adult industry we test every 14 to 30 days. These are the tests we do …"

HIV-1 NAT
HBsAg
Anti-HCV
Chlamydia
Gonorrhea
Trichomonas Vaginalis
Syphilis (RPR)
TREP-SURE EIA

"This means we test for HIV, Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, Trichomonas, and Syphilis."

"Sounds great, right?"

"But what we don’t test for is herpes or HPV. Human papillomavirus (HPV) is the most common sexually transmitted infection in the United States – and yet we don’t test for it in the adult industry. Why? HPV can cause things like genital warts, cancer, and infertility."

"Herpes is a common sexually transmitted disease (STD) and yet we don’t test for it in the adult industry. Why?"
