What do you use to escape the craziness that's out there today?

What do you guys do to take the edge off a hard day at work, or relax on the weekend?
In a "Games and Stuff" sense, but feel free to include drugs or whatever if that's your thing.

My top 5 are: (Particularly during the pandemic)
Anime (especially "happy" & "fun" ones like Yuru Camp)
Video Games
Building Figures
Porn
Meditation / Herbal Tea
 
It's not quite mindfulness or meditation, but I can zone out pretty easily, just sitting at home.

I often like music playing in the background but sometimes I can't get into any genre and that kind of derails my mood.
 
Lately I've been so preoccupied with work, medical problems, or trying to find enough time to sleep and eat in the free time time I have it's left little to worry about other things as much. In that sense it's left less time to think about the craziness. That's something that's been forced on me more than I've chosen.
 
1. Vodka (Do it on my own - great recipe, but you need special equipment to distill it)
2. Sex games with wife
3. Video games (Witcher Moster Slayer is great but only with Fake GPS if you don't want to walk)
4. Tv shows (Evil Season 2 is great)
