What makes a Porn Star come out of retirement (OCSM opinions welcome!)

Priya Rai, Alina Li and others seem to have retired (officially or not), then come back to the industry.
Usually they leave on... not the best of terms (burnout, disillusioned with the industry, etc) so I have to wonder: If you left the industry on bad terms, what would make you return to it?

Whose to say Priya Rai and Alina Li left the industry on bad terms? Some go back to college. When they finish that, what are they in their mid twenties? Plenty of time to come back. Then some have children too. If they didn't burn bridges, then some producer or director will take them back provided they still want to do this.

I wouldn't be surprised if some come out of retirement because they're bored and are missing some of the attention.

You're at the height of your career and you can have thousands of people all over the world watching and posting positive comments on your social media, when you retire that all goes away. That kind of attention is something you anyone can miss.
Who doesn't get a slight buzz when someone likes or comments favourably on a social media post? Imagine that multiplied by hundreds if not thousands of potential sources of positive comments.

Don't know if it was in the script or not but; When European star "Envy" came back during a Double Penetration she kept muttering "Oh, how I missed this!"
Raylene who got married and became a Real Estate agent came back when she got divorced and the S Cal home market tanked.
Julia Ann said College didn't work out.
Some miss the extreme sex, some the attention, some Plan B didn't work out, most it's probably the money.
Also a lot of them it's been relationships that got them to leave (or go g/g only) and came back when they broke up.

I'll go with that considering that's the standard comment you get at any strip club. "I'm only doing this to pay for college". Cracks me up because all of them do it and most likely couldn't spell the word school. I do know this for a fact tho, I know many girls that strip to support their boyfriends drug habit, or worse yet.... their own.

RJ: I never asked but ok
Stripper: I want to be a kindergarten teacher
RJ: I never asked but ok

Rai I put in as an example of someone who came back, but not necessarily leaving on bad terms.

Alina though, is well known to have quit because she literally questioned her life choices after a particularity harsh shoot. I don't want to name companies in case they sponsor this site, but you can google it. It was a really intense public humiliation scene, and although she asserts it wasn't the company's fault, the fact that she quit the industry after that particular shoot clearly shows there is more to the story.
