Wow, after asking Daniela to make a video more up to catfight fans' strict standards, Daniela humbly said "yo sere' mas rudo / I will be rougher." Wow, Daniela, please become a politician when you are done fighting, or better yet, why wait? Your promise-keeping is needed. I like this fight and I like the use of what I believe Kami's Russian tuff-grrls used to make their fights not end in 30 seconds: the feint. This is when a fighter takes a clean hit but pulls the hand just before impact which avoids a short flight, a visit to dreamland or a visit to the Emergency Department. I will refer to these as "face smacks." A hand gets to the face, but there is no punch or slap, just smack. Kind of like what parents do in department stores when the little ones act up and a full throttling is not an option. Or maybe my dad was the only one. I like it because it shows the fighters understand they are signed up for a 20 or 25 marathon and they respect their opponent and do not want to cause a fan-hating short fight or a long-term injury for the simple crime of agreeing to participate in a catfight.
