Meet Oscar - a struggling garment manufacturer whose sales are a bust. But, a beautiful woman with a sensational bust mysteriously appears and offers to help. To prove its potential, Oscar's secretary Penny (Karen Summers) slips into a pair and has a wild fitting room roundup with a cowboy from Dallas. Ya-hoo!
