Mr. Lewis calls a new resident, Becky, into his office. She appears wearing a very, very short skirt. When he wonders why she is not wearing a uniform she tells him she thinks what she has on is "better." He reminds her that the uniform means they're all on the same team and the number one rule is to wear the uniform.
Since she seems not to know what happens to girls who ignore the rules, he must show her. Shortly after, we hear Becky's screams from behind a closed door. Then we see Becky bent over a small coffee table as Mr. Lewis uses a leather tawse and his hand on her tiny-skirted bottom. When she maintains her bad attitude he puts her on all fours on the floor to continue her spanking.
When he finishes he gives her 15 minutes to put on her uniform.
