Dave's chance encounter with his old high-school sweetheart, Janet and their subsequent date in her apartment where he re-news his old passion for tying her up and tickling her brings an abrupt change in his home life when his wife, Lisa, finds Janet's picture in his pocket signed "Giggles Forever".
When Dave tells Lisa that Janet is in town trying to make it into the movies she gets an idea for sweet revenge. She calls Janet and tells her she is a casting agent looking someone that can act and doesn't mind being tied up. Janet falls for it, asks her over, and finds herself handcuffed and being teased by Lisa's unrelenting, furious tickling. Luckily Dave happens by and helps poor Janet out of her mess and they both turn o Lisa, who is much too serious, bind her and tickle her unmercifully with feathers and their fingers playing over her arm-pits, ribs and bare feet until she breaks down with uncontrollable laughter letting Dave know that he now has two "Giggles Forever"!
