A seedy motel provides the backdrop for a crumbling affair whose end triggers a night-long series of events that span espionage, murder, and the ruining of two public figures. Pro-environmental politician and activist Elizabeth Hayes (Nicole Aniston) has decided to end her affair with big oil lobbyist Ray Jacoby (Keiran Lee). Unbeknownst to the two lovers, a sting operation is underway to expose and ruin them, but tensions between a conniving concierge (Anya Olsen), an ominous private investigator (Mick Blue), and two duplicitous maids (Molly Steward and Elena Koshka) precipitate a shocking unraveling of everyone's best laid plans.
