Sex Spa revisits one of the dearest old stag clichés: the dirty doctor who tends to his frustrated clients with "invasive" procedures. The great Keith Erickson - perhaps the only truly noteworthy character actor to arise out of early West Coast porn - tells his new patient that her weight concerns can be easily addressed by his simple diet and exercise regimes. He proceeds immediately to give her a preliminary workout on the examination table.
Meanwhile in the next room, the clinic's nurse practitioner (our heroine, Suzanne Fields) assists a male patient (Ric Lutze) in overcoming penile flaccidity. Her oral therapeutic procedure proves to be most effective, resulting in a sudden release of hot, sticky fluid from the patient's protuberant rod (presented in slow motion to demonstrate the full mechanics of his gushing geyser). Taking her cues from Nurse Nightengale next door, the new patient proceeds to imitate her technique. After sipping a 10cc protein shake from the doctor's medical staff (once again, the money shot is artfully over-cranked), she sends him into epileptic seizures by applying subtle oral pressure to his sensitive scrotum and balls.
