Even though Miss Payne was Jeremy's foster parent for the last 19 years she always treated him as her son. She talks her husband into paying his college even though the others paid their own way, when one day she finds his report card with all F's. She sits him down and warns him not to let this happen again or she will have no other choice but to tell his father and give a sound spanking over the knee. He promises and says it will never happen again...not long after she receives a phone call from his principal she tells her that Jeremy has not been to class for weeks. Miss Payne becomes furious.
