Mr. Pible's novelty business is booming. He has just received an order for two hundred feathers. But before they can be shipped out, they must be tested. While they are at it, they may as well test their rope. Mrs. Pible joyously volunteers to be the test subject. Before long she and her lovely assistant find themselves securley bound and widly writhing against the ropes that hold them firmily in place as they try to avoid the torment of the feather. It's a tough job. But somebody has to do it.
