No tattoos. Before Vivid Entertainment. Janine Lindemulder did shoot exclusively with Earl Miller for Penthouse magazine circa 1987 to 1992. Could this be a scene from Andrew Blake's 1992 film, Hidden Obsessions?
With 2004's Maneater for Vivid Entertainment she was doing scenes (with men and women). That movie Janine starred with Nick Manning and Dale DaBbone. But by that time, she had two sleeve tattoos.
