So I'm stuck on this hellishly long tech support call, listening to crappy hold music... thinking, "How can I pass this time?" I watched a little porn, then played an online puzzle. Then thought "Hey, why not combine the two?" Here is one of the tougher ones I created:

Nice! Last one took me 11:51. I tried it without looking at the picture, it's tougher that way. For most of it I thought there were only 2 people!
