New Freeones Webpage

I can't log in in the new Freeones page (it says my id or password are wrong), but when I go to the older version, my log in is accepted.???

Can you give a bit more information please?
- what device are you using: mobile, desktop, tablet. Have you tried it on a different device?
- what browser are you using and is it up to date? Have you tried a different browser?
- try clearing your browsers history and cookies and then try to login again.

Thanks for the reply. I've tried the new freeones.co.uk page on laptop and smartphone, using safari, chrome and firefox after clearing history. Still cant login!

instead of your nick name, use the email address you used to register your account as the username and then it should work.

Thanks tried that and still didnt work. I tried changing y password which I was able to but then still couldnt login with the new one!

Did you enter your email address as well as the user name after you changed the password?

Yes tried that, still no joy.
