Things that make you feel mature (or just "old")

I lost 35 kg, now I feel quite a bit younger, but I do have to shave the grey beard and hair every four days or I look old

Do any of you sigh when sit down, or grunt when you get up? I used to make fun of non-seniors who did this, and now I'm finding myself do it.

I fart when I get up. Does that count as a sigh even if I sigh outta my butt?

There's all kinds of grunts and groans that come out of me, when I move.

I sleep with a cpap machine, and I guess not all of the air makes it to my lungs, because when I get up, I either let out a couple of minutes of high decibel burps, or I let out a fart for so long, I make it to the bathroom, before it ends.
