Considering I haven't paid one red cent for anything I've ever gotten here, I'm pretty darn satisfied. My only 2 complaints are the search function, which I think a lot of people would agree, and the fact that we don't see nearly enough of Petra's tits.What should we do better?

Ok, I was hoping for more of an existential type of question.
Diablo put it well: the site is excellent. The search function is lousy, but that is known. Using Google returns better results.
There are a couple annoying oddities with the hyperlink function. Nothing major.
One of the major problems we were having with OCSMs was fan interaction. Users would either A) not interact with the models, or B) troll the model.
We work really hard getting them on here, and even with trends from message boards shifting to things more instant like discord, still, users would clam up and the models would be wondering, why is no one saying anything.
If you do have suggestions on how to improve that, feel free to drop your ideas. Ultimately, it's coming down to you guys with treating the girls right.
Sort of tying in with the eventual return of credits. Encourage posters to post model names (when known) by rewarding 1 credit every time one of their posts has all the model names listed?
Probably not possible, but if it was it would be great for those who don't know every single pornstar or model. Even encouraging people to post the names of well known (to most) would be a bonus.

If people are not posting model names, then let me know if you see a lot of examples of this happening. It's not a warning offence but it would be nice if posters could be more helpful in naming everyone they post, outside specific model threads, obviously. Would be happy to ask people to be more dilligent about this.

In view of the discussion - in post # 3 above, we have Angel Wicky, Jayden Jaymes and Bianca Beauchamp.
For me, I tend to avoid the Niche and Fetish Corner Forum because of him. And when I do post in there, I have him on ignore because his methods and non-identification of models annoys the hell out of me.
Well the biggest offender to this is the # 1 guy here in reputation points: @aoc00 (hopefully the notify will bring him in here) He'll post pictures not links. For example, he will put up a hundred and fifty pictures and maybe he'll identify and name only two or three or four ladies. You see it in all his posts, especially when he hits the board with his rapid fire posting method whenever he does it. He can put up a picture per thread and also post them to thirty to forty-five threads in ten minutes.

I didn't really want anybody dropping names for reasons of forum harmony, that's not really necessary at all. But I'm going to talk to the other mods and admin about this and see if we can come up with a bit of a rule change regarding this.
There's a "gay and she-male" section on the message board. That's a good thing. Why not adding gay and shemales to the website's database ?
I understand that FreeOnes' database of pornstars doesn't include males pornstars, straight or gay. But shemales actually are female so they deserve to be added to the babes' database.
While the site might be able to make marginal improvements, I feel a lot of the challenges it faces are just a sign of the times. It's just never going to compete with tube sites (or there equivalents of today) and especially the social media sites of today where people can directly interact and buy stuff from the performers. Even the conventional sites of big porn producers are feeling the effects of it let alone an info/messageboard site, which granted Freeones is probably still the best. It's a different competitive landscape than 20 years ago where Freeones was the biggest out there and completely alternative styes of sites didn't exist. Even sites listing information on performers is a saturated thing on the internet.
I'm at a loss on what major improvements could be made sort of making the site something it's not and drastically changing things, which probably still wouldn't work.

Keep in mind I'm no expert at the OCSM section, these are just personal suggestions that I feel would improve the experience.
1) In terms of trolling, you need to protect your greatest assets. Increased vigilance in moderating the section. Increased consequences/zero tolerance. If you troll/insult/creep or otherwise do anything that would discourage an OCSM to come to FO = insta-ban. I obviously wouldn't want to discourage discussion/interaction, but I think the mods are capable enough of distinguishing acceptable conversation vs comments which make them feel uncomfortable. You could give warnings if it's a legit grey area. I think (would hope) this part is common sense. If not, make clear guidelines on what constitutes trolling/creeping etc, maybe even encourage the OCSM to post their own TOU of what they consider appropriate.
2) There should be incentive for OCSMs to be active - we as users should see which ones are coming to the site and interacting with fans. This might be a tech issue, but I would like to see:
-Something to distinguish when the OCSM posts in their official thread. Maybe a different highlight color, or maybe only bump threads when they post. We could have 2 threads - one which operates as normal and would be a general discussion thread for the model, and one which focuses on direct interaction with them (maybe call it the "fanclub" thread?), which only gets bumped when the OCSM makes a post.
-stats on their Profiles showing the degree they use the site. Not just a "last visit" date, but maybe badges which indicate that they are particularly active? Like Gold/silver/etc based on how often they visit or post frequency.
-Definite boost to babe rankings to those who frequent the site.
I know some (many?) of these may the difficult to implement, but the point being, we want to spotlight when the actual OCSM takes the time to interact with FO and her fans here, and reward them accordingly.
3) I feel the "clamming up" can be either a sign of respect or just shyness on the part of the users. For many of us, these are legit celebrities, and there's an inherent awkwardness when posting comments you know will be seen by them. But when the OCSM posts frequently and invites interaction, I feel that will break the ice and once that ball gets rolling, the fan interaction will organically follow.
4) Don't make the OCSM a sub-board. It should be front & center.
I still feel starstruck when an OCSM responds to a comment. It certainly raises my impression of them and entices me to get more of their work, and I think that would apply to many fans. So prominence of this section is a win-win for everyone.

1. Communication with your users is important - make more use of the FreeOnes updates forum. It is great idea but very underused.
2. When you have bugs, admit you have bugs and fix them. Maybe track progress on valid bug reports in a thread?
3. I know this isn't going to happen but I still curse every day that I can't sort threads by newest post first instead of last. That should be your default.

You don't have to avoid Fetish Corner because of him - use the ignore function. I haven't seen any of his posts for years.
