Lloyd is a pop singer and rapper who shot to fame in her home country with her appearances on the 2010 season of the talent show The X Factor. Although she only finished in fourth place in the competition, she was signed to a high profile record deal with the Syco label, which is a co-venture between Sony and one of the show's then judges, Simon Cowell.
