Whenever I try to rate a content, 2/3 or 3/4 of the time the rating won't register correctly. You'll see all stars turn yellow but the rating and number of votes remain unchanged. It's been happening for a very long time (a year or 2).

I mean, wow, assuming someone doesn't know how aggregated rating works. Forgetting that I mentioned that also the number of votes change for a few, as in goes up by one when I vote, but mostly not for others.

The issue is, obviously, noticeable when you rate contents with extremely low counts of votes, as in the single digit.
