MY POST HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH THE TRANSATLANTIC CABLE

My post and ever subsequent post after that has been to do with how you completely failed to grasp the sarcastic tone in supa's original post. OK here's how it went down:

- during a discussion about Trump's plans to build a wall along the US/Mexican boarder, Super made a humorous comment that they should also build on along the northern boarder too, and then close the air ports and harbours and.... cut the transatlantic cable. Now this my dear is called sarcasm. It was a tongue in cheek remark, in-keeping with the general tone of the original video, which i'm assuming you still haven't watched. It makes a mockery of Trump's obsession with building this wall that will cost billions of dollars more than even his highest estimate, certainly won't be paid for by Mexico, and is essentially just a racist and xenophobic rich man shouting a lot with no substance to what he is saying.

- This is where things get silly

- you failed to detect the sarcasm in his post and called him out on his idea to cut to TAC saying that in this digital age simply cutting it wouldn't prevent the US receiving data from other sources such as satellites. And you are correct. Ironically you used your own brand of sarcasm in this post by called supa a member of MENSA for coming up with such a stupid idea.

- At this point i stepped in and explained that you hadn't grasped the sarcasm in supa's posts and we had a little too'ing and fro'ing mainly about a couple of spelling mistakes i had made in my posts. I was watching football at that time and mistakes were made. For that I am truly sorry (sarcasm).

- now it gets interesting. Godsembryo comes in and tell you that the vast majority of international data the US receives from from the TAC. So that whilst although supa's mock suggestion to cut the TAC wouldnt completely isolate the US from the rest of the world, it appears that it would certainly have a major impact. At this point you now bizarrely started to use this piece of information to attack me, by claiming that it somehow makes me look like an idiot for not knowing something which you yourself didnt even know. You then tried to quantify this by claiming that telecommunication is not your area of expertise (despite feeling confident enough in your limited knowledge to try and shoot down supa in the first place).

- you then make a bizarre statement that i 'obviously' thought that supa was referring to a 19th century cable when i had said nothing of the sort. Here was the point that you finally admitted that you hadnt grasped the sarcasm in the original post but this admission was hidden in an attack on supa's adility to form a coherent sentence.

- I then asked you to point out the point where i had so clearly stated that supa was referring to a 19th century cable and then we get to you most recent and most bizarre post in this whole thread where you claim that this whole clusterfuck of a conversation was not about whether or not you grasped the concept of sarcasm (it was), that i should be able to school you on your ignorance of the TAC (should I?) and that I only chimed in after embryo clarified (i didnt). There was then another slight admission of your original mistake but again it was coupled with a slight on me that embryo had bailed me out (of what exactly?)

All of that took place over the course of a couple of hours when all you had to do was either simply admit that you hadnt understood the concept of sarcasm in supa's post (it's ok, nothing to be ashamed of) or take a leaf out of good ol' mark twain's book and keep quiet and let us just assume you are a fool instead of giving us the proof.

I have family members that are 4th generation farmers. There are no incentives to hire American workers when illegals are plentiful. 3 Mexicans apply for work and 1 American, they hire the Mexicans because of loopholes and tax filings.withholdings.
